| Rental Season | July & August. |
| Cost | $1000 / week. |
| Capacity | 6 people. |
| General | A perfect cottage for a family with 2-4 children, A prime beach side location with a beautiful view of the river and mountains from the main room. |
| Kitchen | The kitchen has been recently renovated and is well stocked. It features an electric stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. A propane BBQ and picnic table are on the beach side of the cottage (propane provided). |
| Bathroom | Three piece bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower. |
| Bedrooms | There are three bedrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (2 singles). Please note that the wall dividing the second and third bedroom does not extend into the loft space. Renters are required to provide their own linen. |
| Recreation | Spruce has two canoes, one large and one small. There are a number of life-jackets for your use, but we do not have life-jackets for all sizes of children. If you are bringing children, please consider bringing life-jackets for them. |
| Non-Smoking | Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly if smoking outside. |
FAQ
- Is the water safe to drink? The tap water, both in the kitchen and bathroom, is safe to drink. It is from a well, it is tested regularly, and it tastes wonderful.
